Savita is a pretty prolific artist. The last few days she has been drawing and writing tiny little symbols that take lots of concentration to make.

Moshe Vien Sikkel

Savita's brother was born this morning at 4:45 am. His name: Moshe Vien Sikkel. He weighs 7lbs and 2.8 oz. Height: 51.5 cm. Pictures will be uploaded this evening.

Mother and son are doing well and are resting at the hospital until they are released by the Dr. Savita is loving being a big sister and was practically attached to Moshe's hip from the moment she saw him. I had to peel her off from him while she was giving him kisses and saying; "baby!"

Here's the Monster wearing her hotpants! Okay, they're her unborn brothers swimtrunks. Thanks Esther and Guus! Savita had her eyes on them as soon as they came out of the package....."auto," "broem." They're a little tight on her, but she thought she looked suave!

We have Savita working for her keep. Here she is hanging the laundry with Omi.

Update

All is well here. Savita's grandparents made their way from Holland via Australia to Saipan. We have them working for their keep. Her Opa helped today to put a new water line in the ground while Omi was watching Savita. Thu had another check up at the Dr's office and all is well with Savita's brother. Official due date is May 23 and I guess form then on Savita will have to share her blog with her little brother.

Pool time

Spend another hot day (90 F)around the house so we had to bust out the pool. Amazing how a little water can keep a child occupied for hours.
